Carl John Varkoly

Carl John Varkoly, 82, of Toledo, OH, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at his home. He was born on November 19, 1935, to Anna Varkoly in Toledo, Ohio. Carl proudly served his country in the National Guard and the U.S. Army. Carl loved playing pranks on his family and friends and was a real jokester. He was also a big Steelers fan. He was preceded in death by his mother; loving wife, Linda; son, John; daughter, Jody; sister, Shirley; nieces, Debbie and Connie. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Lynette (Robert) Tilton, Rachel (Edrice) Diaz, Candance, Veronica, Shirley, Carol, Peggy; granchildren, Carl (Christine), Richard (Sara), Drew, Allie, Katie, and Jack.
