Carl R. Newman, age 87 of Monclova passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio Inpatient Unit, Toledo. Surviving is his wife Luella; daughter Linda (Mark) Rowe; son Daniel (Karen) Newman; and 3 grandchildren. Services will be private.
