C. Delores Haas, 81, of Perrysburg, OH died Saturday, March 4, 2017. She was born south of Peru, IA on May 14, 1935 to C. Walter and Neola B. (Felton) Silliman. She married her high school sweetheart, Dale L. Addy, in 1953 who preceded her in death in 1980, and married Barney Haas in 1988 who preceded her in death in 1999. She worked in CA at two Air Force Bases, eventually retiring from the Social Security Administration in Toledo, OH. She was a longtime member of Grace Church in Perrysburg and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. A member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine of North America, “Lady Dee Haas” was initiated in Dendarah Court No. 10 on March 25, 1978. She served as High Priestess of Dendarah Court from 1993-1994. She was a longtime member of the P’Takist Unit and a member of the Findlay Ladies Shrine Club. She and her husband, Barney, loved camping with the Holiday Ramblers RV Club and enjoyed making apple butter. Delores is survived by her daughter, Debra (Tom) Zogaib; daughter-in-law, Pam Addy; grandchildren, Joseph (Marie) Zogaib, Jessica Zogaib, Lila (Zogaib) Lippert, Stephany (Jeremy) Hager, Dennis Addy, Jr.; seven great grandchildren; and brother, Dwite Silliman. She was preceded in death by her husbands; son, Dennis Addy; grandson, Jason Zogaib; siblings, Darlene, Deanne, Don, Doyle, Dick, Duane; and parents. Friends will be received on Friday, March 10, 2017 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133), with a Ladies Shriner Dendarah Service taking place at 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at the funeral home beginning at 11:00 A.M with Pastor Dennis Ditto, officiating. Burial will follow in Fort Meigs Union Cemetery.
