Byron G Suter

Byron G. Suter, 89, of Maumee, OH passed away Monday, November 26, 2007 in the Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. He was born March 3, 1918 in Delta, OH to Clark and Gertrude Fellers Suter. Byron was a graduate of Libbey High School and was an All City Football Center in 1936. He was a WWII Army Veteran where he served as Staff Sergeant in France and received the Purple Heart Distinction. Byron worked as a Carpenter for A.L. Bentley and LaSalle and Koch, retiring in 1983. He enjoyed golfing, bowling and fishing and was a member of B.A.S.S. Byron was a member of the Maumee American Legion Post 320. He coached his daughters
