Bruce Allen Schneider

Bruce Allen Schneider, 73, of Westlake, OH, died Thursday, January 06, 2011. He was born on Dec 25, 1937 to the late Glenn H. and Delilah M. Overmyer Schneider. Bruce served his country in the US Army Reserves and was called to active duty during the Berlin crisis the summer of 1961. He received a bachelors degree in 1968 from The Ohio State University and was a broker for the Mincing Spice Company. Bruce is survived by his loving wife: Carol Ann Riemenschneider Schneider of Westlake, OH; Brothers: Edgar Sandy Schneider of Lindsey Neal Jackie Schneider of Corona, CA; Sisters: Joyce Bill Draeger of Lindsey Nancy Kent Hodge of Montpelier, OH and many nieces and nephews. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents and a still born twin brother. A Memorial service will be conducted at 1:00PM, Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in memory of Bruce may be given to Bethel United Brethren Church, Elmore, OH or to the Salvation Army.
