Bruce Eduard Bartos

Bartos Bruce Eduard Bruce Eduard Bartos, age 57, of Berkey, passed away on June 1, 2009 at the Toledo Hospital. He was born in Toledo on January 21, 1952 to Eduard and Verna Albright Bartos. Bruce was employed by Toledo Edison as a senior lineman for 37 years. He loved being outside with his family, sitting by the bonfire and playing with his grandchildren. Bruce had a deep passion for University of Michigan football. He also enjoyed woodworking and gardening. Bruce was a very simple man, who was a loving husband, father, papa, brother, and friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Pamela Malko Bartos; daughter, Laura Jamie Peppers; son, Brian Bobbie Bartos; sister, Barb Rick Meadows; grandchildren, Kylee, Morgan, Madison, Tyler, Jared and Dylan; nieces, Shelby and Chelsey; and also survived by his loving dog, Iria. He was preceded in death by his parents. Friends may visit the family on Thursday from 2 to 8 pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W.
