Brianna M. Bertok-Schack, 33, of Dayton, Ohio, died suddenly after a brief illness on February 23, 2016. She was born to David and Linda Bertok on September 20, 1982, with her twin sister, Diandra. She was a 2001 graduate of Genoa Area High School. She graduated in 2006 from The University of Toledo with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and 2010 from The University of Toledo with a Masters of Science in Nursing. Brianna married the love of her life, Todd E. Schack on 08/08/08. She loved being a nurse and working as a nephrology nurse practitioner. She enjoyed shopping, tap dancing, all things Swarovski, and going to Twins Days. Most of all, she loved being a twin. She was bright, cheerful and touched everyones life who knew her. Brianna loved to spend time with her husband, her kitten, and her family. She and her twin, Diandra, were best friends. She is survived by her husband, Todd Schack, twin sister, Diandra Bertok, parents, David and Linda Bertok, cousin, Cy Twete, grandmother, Elizabeth Fisher and great aunts, Audrey Yackee and Dorothy Johnson, as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Brianna was preceded in death by her grandfather, James C. Fisher, Uncle Tim Fisher, Aunt Jan McLaughlin, paternal grandparents, Marjorie and Steve Bertok, aunts, Nancy Henninger, Maureen Lansford, Annette Bertok, cousin, Abbie Bertok and godmother, Beth Hagarty. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Sunday, February 28, 2016, at Robinson-Walker Funeral Home Crematory, 501 West St., Genoa. The funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 29, 2016, at St. Johns United Church of Christ, 1213 Washington St., Genoa.
