Brian Peter Lewis

Brian P. Lewis, 53, of Maumee passed away July 17, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. He graduated from Maumee High School in 1976 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Toledo in 1992. Brian was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served from 1977-1981. His employment history was varied and included 18 years at General Mills. Most recently, Brian was the sole proprietor of Plumb & Square Home Repair, LLC. Brian is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Jenny Blomberg; son, Ian Jill and step-daughter, Stacey Cole. Other survivors include mother, Janet; siblings, Raymond RayKay, Kathleen Stanley Thacker, Eric Lisa, Neal Donna, Greta Mitchell; and the lights of his life, grandsons Jack and Elliott Lewis. Brian was preceded in death by his father Allen R. Lewis Friends and family may visit at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street Maumee, OH on Sunday, July 22, 2012 from 1pm - 3pm. A celebration of Brians life will begin at 3pm at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, The Victory Center and Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity.
