Brian S. Glaser

Brian S. Glaser, 53, of Oak Harbor, OH passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 at his residence. He was born on July 19, 1968 in Oregon, OH to James L. and Ruth Ann (Bennett) Glaser. Brian attended Vanguard Career Center and graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1986. He worked as a pipefitter and member of Local #50 for 30 years, retiring in 2020. He had previously worked for Kurt’s BP in Oak Harbor, Northern Manufacturing in Oak Harbor, and as the HVAC repairman for the Whirlpool Plant in Findlay, OH. Brian was a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #114 of Oak Harbor. He had a strong Catholic faith. Brian enjoyed camping with family and friends, working outdoors, cooking, and was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Brian is survived by his children, Nicole Glaser and Derek Glaser, mother, Ruth Ann Glaser, sister, Brenda (Troy) Silveous, sister-in-law, Michele Glaser, nieces & nephews, Bailey LaFountain, Madison Glaser, and Kyle Glaser. He was preceded in death by his father, James L. Glaser and his brother, Bruce Glaser. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m., Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the Robinson-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 165 E. Water St., Oak Harbor, OH where funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 10, 2021. Burial will follow in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor.
