Brian Thomas Boyer

Brian Thomas Boyer, 50, passed away on October 16, 2026. He was born on January 6, 1976, in Oregon, Ohio.

Brian found joy in the simple things that made life special. He enjoyed watching The Golden Girls, sharing Taco Tuesdays with his family, and indulging in his favorite treat, peanut butter M&M's. One of the things that brought Brian the greatest happiness was being tickled. It never failed to put a smile on his face, bringing joy to those around him as well.

Brian resided at the Luther Home of Mercy for 13 years where he received exceptional care from all the staff in Cottage 6B, especially Brittany, Emma, Jackie, Q, Matt and his favorite nurse, Dena. He attended Starbright Workshop in Perrysburg, where Dave and Lauren took wonderful care of him as well.

Brian is survived by his mother, Diana Sayers (Mark); father, Ray Boyer (Pam); sister, Amy Eastman (Bob Tadsen); nephew, Drew Eastman; and nieces, Marissa and Anna Eastman.

Family and friends may visit Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 4-8 pm. There will be a time for sharing of memories of Brian at 7 pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Luther Home of Mercy, Cottage 6B, 5810 N. Main St. Williston, OH 43468.
