Brenda L. Fishburn

Brenda L. Fishburn, 75, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. Brenda was born on October 13, 1941, in Cleveland, the seventh of eight children, of Mary F. (Briceland) and James B. Dunlap. On September 9, 1961 in Cleveland, OH she married James Fishburn and he preceded her in death on April 3, 2008. Brenda was an administrative assistant for Dana Stahl, CPA and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Brenda recently celebrated 36 years of sobriety and will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends. Those left to cherish her memory are: Children: Mary (John) McDaniels, James P. (Luisa) Fishburn, Alice Schmidt and Angela Fishburn; Grandchildren: Tara, Heidi, Adina, Jared, Krystal and Kyle; great grandchildren: Angela, Liam and Troy. Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, husband. Friends may be received 9-10am, Monday, March27, 2017 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 216 Washington St, Port Clinton. Prayers will be recited 10 am, Monday in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 414 Madison St., Port Clinton.
