Bonnie Jean Weaver Grant

Bonnie Jean Grant, 78 of Holland, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born on June 23, 1939 in Holland, Ohio to Fred and Opal (Breitner) Weaver and on April 16, 1960 she married James R. Grant. Bonnie was a member of Providence Lutheran Church. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. Bonnie is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, James R. Grant; children, Tracy (Andrea) Grant and Kim (Rick) Sputa; grandchildren, Matthew (Chelsea) Grant, Ashley Grant and Steven Brown; step granddaughters, Amanda (Daniel) Krzyzanski and Audrey (Joshua) Janes; step great-grandson, Richard “Ricky” Janes; brothers, Donald (Bonnie) Weaver, James and Jerry Weaver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Opal; brothers, Frederick, Robert, Clyde and Oliver Weaver as well as her sisters, Martha Benson and Judith Lake. Friends will be received on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 9:00 to 11:00 am in Neville-Shank Funeral Home, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, Ohio 43528 (419-865-8879) where funeral services will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Springfield Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bonnie’s name to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
