Bob Keith Allen, Jr., 63 of Bradner, Ohio and formerly of Port Clinton, Ohio, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, after a short illness. He was born in Grundy, Virginia on April 15, 1958, the son of Bob K. and Delphia (Hatfield) Allen, Sr. Keith was an over-the-road truck driver for Blatts Trucking, of Rocky Ridge, Ohio for the past 4 years. He had also driven for P.A.M. Trucking of Tontitown, AR and Holcomb Enterprises in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Keith loved to drive truck and saw many parts of the countryside. One of his favorite destinations was Florida where he enjoyed the beautiful warm weather. He was an avid NASCAR fan, always keeping up on the latest news, discussing all the action with his friends and family. Keith also loved animals and they loved him. His sister’s dog “Marshmallow” and he were best pals. Keith is survived by his wife and the love of his life, Merrina A. (Hosman), whom he married on August 17, 2021, in Bowling Green, Ohio. Also surviving is his daughter, Joslyn (Brad) LeGresley; stepchildren, Brandon, D.J., & Mindy Fenton, Steven, Heidi, and Christopher (Nina) Barchus; 11 grandchildren; sister, Cassandra (Gary) Taylor; aunt, Patricia Dobbyn; nephews Christopher Webb and Randy Uebbing; and niece, Isabella Uebbing. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Randy & David Allen; grandson, Benjamin LeGresley; and nephew, Shawn Allen. Visitation for Keith will be from 2:00-4:00 PM, Saturday, September 4, 2021, in the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, 216 Washington St., Port Clinton, Ohio. The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 PM in the funeral home. The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the Humane Society of Ottawa County, 2424 E.
