Beverly Krewson

Beverly Anne Krewson passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on October 18, 2010. Beverly was born on June 28, 1936. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1958 with a degree in Social Work. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend she will be missed deeply. She spent her life serving God by serving people. As a member of Maumee United Methodist Church she touched the lives of countless children and young people as a Sunday school teacher and youth advisor. Beverly also ministered to people while managing assisted living and retirement housing complexes. After retirement at age 56 Beverly, along with her husband, devoted her life to mission work through various agencies of the Methodist Church and spending time with her grandchildren. Beverly is survived by her husband, David; her sons, Brett Karen, Scott Patti, and Todd Marta; and her grandchildren, Lindsey Anne, Emily, Kiana, Lindsay Marie, Trisha, Owen and Michael. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Maumee United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund. Visitation will be at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee on Thursday, October 21, from 2-4 P.M and 7-9 P.M. A memorial celebration service will be held at MUMC, 405 Sackett St, Maumee at 10:30 A.M. Friday, October 22, with a luncheon to follow.
