Beverly Ann Grubb

Beverly Ann Grubb, age 86, died peacefully on February 1, 2019 at Ohio Living Swan Creek. She was born July 16, 1932 in Mansfield, Ohio to the late John and Ismay (Price) Wynn. In 1950, Beverly graduated as Salutatorian of her Kenton High School class. She married Everett F. Grubb on October 3, 1954 and he preceded her in death in 1991. Beverly was a devoted wife and mother who found her greatest joy in spending time with her family and traveling, through which she saw much of the globe. She also enjoyed western square dancing with her husband, playing cards (especially Bridge) and she volunteered at the Toledo Hospital for more than 20 years. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Larry (Lisa) Grubb; grandchildren, Kristen (Clayton) Bettin and Jason Grubb (fiancé, Tracy Werling); and great grandchildren, Alyssa and Sawyer Bettin. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. (west of Corey Rd.). Funeral services will begin at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2019 in the chapel at Ohio Living Swan Creek, 5916 Cresthaven Lane, Toledo, OH 43614. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society or Ohio Living Swan Creek.
