Beverly M. Fisher age 93 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Bev was born in LaCrosse, WI on January 7, 1924 to Everette and Eunice (Delaney) Richardson. She grew up in Eagle Point Colony, Rossford, Ohio after being adopted by Dr. and Mrs. Herold, her aunt and uncle, after the death of her mother. She attended Maumee Valley Country Day School, graduated from Scott High School in1941 and attended the University of Toledo. If you had Bev Fisher as your friend, you were greatly blessed! She was an exceptional lady; smart, kind, caring, great sense of humor and a quick wit. Her glass was always half full; always full of energy and laughter. She was little, but mighty and always looked at the bright side of life and she always had a sparkle in her eye. In spite of limitations from an auto accident years ago, she managed to live on her own thanks to her caring neighbor, Jan Monarch. A month ago she had a fall and that changed everything. A super sales lady first trained by Max Davis of Max Davis Jewelers; she then went on to a very successful real estate career at different companies, lastly Loss Realty Group. She was the first person Cliff Loss contacted before starting his company in 1985. Bev was a Life Member of the Toledo Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She also excelled at golf and enjoyed 40 plus years at Highland Meadows Golf Club shooting 82. She was a member of the Toledo District Golf Association. Both at Highland and District Golf, she made lifelong friendships. Surviving are her sons, John B. (Joan) Fisher Jr. of Sylvania; Dave Fisher of Toledo; grandchildren, David, Steven, John D. (Olga) and Joseph E. (Patricia) Fisher and 5 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are her very special friends, Donna Pollex-Najarian, Janet Monarch and loving caregiver, Cathi Cryan. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, John B. Fisher Sr.; great-granddaughter, Julia Grace Fisher and daughter in-law, Marie Fisher. The family would like to thank Hospice of Northwest Ohio for exceptional care Bev received in her last days. Friends and family will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home 501 Conant St., Maumee on Monday, May 8, 2017 from 11:00 AM until the time of services at 1:00 PM.
