Betty Jane Klement

Betty Jane Dunsmore Klement, age 91, passed away Friday Nov. 26, 2010 at St. Lukes Hospital. The daughter of James and Carrie M. Dunsmore, she was born Aug. 14, 1919 in James City, PA. She moved to Toledo when she was 4 but always considered Pennsylvania home and frequently visited there. Betty was a bingo queen playing as often as she could and at one time, was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She worked in the admitting office at Mercy Hospital for many years. She will be remembered most as a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Charles Klement Shirk, Patricia John Notzka; grandchildren, Jennifer Bert, Shawna Todd Carter, Elizabeth Travis Stenenerson, Donald Notzka; step grandchildren, Brett Christi Shirk, Robert Shirk; 10 great grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Rideout. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester; son, David and brothers, James Archie Dunsmore. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday from 4-9 PM at the Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave west of Corey Rd where services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 PM.
