Betty J Colvin

Betty J. Colvin, 86, of Perrysburg, died October 11, 2015 at her residence surrounded by her family. Betty was born on October 19, 1928 in Toledo to Thomas (Myrtle Wheeler) Purtee. She was employed for 20 years as a waitress with Tony Packo’s Restaurant and later in customer service with The Pharm. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, along with gardening, garage sales, and puzzles. Surviving are her children: Linda (Bill) Garrett, Dianne (Jesse) Anaya, Brenda (Phil) Padilla, Douglas Colvin, Laura (Ken) Malkuian, Grandchildren: Anne (Matt), Jennifer (Cory), Jeffery (Marie), Brenna (Todd), Stephanie (John), Christopher (Allison), Jeremy (Heather), Cortney, Matthew, Alison, and Kyle, 19 great-grandchildren, Siblings Kathy, Lois, Joyce, Emma. She was preceded in death by her son Alvin, grandson David, sisters Esther, Delores, and Bonnie. Friends and family will be received in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home 222 E. S. Boundary, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) from 2-8 PM Tuesday, October 13, 2015 with the funeral services to be on Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at 11 AM with burial in Portage Cemetery.
