Betty P. Clark

Betty P. Clark, 86, of Oregon, OH, passed away at home May 31, 2016. She was born in Kenova, WV, on May 8, 1930 to Ezera and Bessie (Artrip) Crabtree. Betty moved to Walbridge, OH and was the owner/operator of Betty’s Beauty Shop. She later worked at Libbey Owens Ford, retiring in 1987. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Gladys Crabtree, Thelma (Hal) McFann, Clyde (Phyllis), Claude (Gladys) and Clifford Crabtree, nieces: Marilyn Smoot, Lenore Saunders, and four nephews: Pat and John McFann, Philip Crabtree, Sherrill Crabtree. Sisters-in-law, Linda Gottschalk and Bonnie Clark. Betty is survived by her loving husband, Jim, sister-in-law Eleanora Crabtree, three nieces, Becky Crabtree, Vickie Steck, Sue (Steve) Noethen, five newphews: Ray (Kathy), Steve, Ken Crabtree, Bob (Colleen) Gottschalk and Randy (Barbie) Clark along with many great nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 10, 2016 at Christ United Methodist Church, 5757 Starr Extension at Stadium Rd. Oregon, Ohio. Visitation will start at 10:30 AM and the memorial service at 11:30 AM. Interment will be at St. Ignatius Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Christ U.M.
