Betty Jane Briskey

Betty Jane Briskey passed away April 19, 2010 five days before her 83rd birthday. She was born April 24, 1927 to Dora Vermette and LeRoy Rosenerantz in Dundee, MI. Betty was employed at Craft Master and The Toledo Hospital before retiring. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Cletus, Albert, and Noah, husband Carl and daughter Ruth Ann. She leaves to cherish her memories daughters, Susan La Fountaine, Linda Marton Biery, Janette Case-Day and Paula Dennis Clark; son, Edward Sandy; sisters, Eva West and Annabelle Grant Wright and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bettys family would like to thank Stein Hospice for their support and excellent care. Bettys long hair locks are being donated to give cancer patients a new beginning. A memorial mass will be celebrated at a later date at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Temperance, MI. Her ashes will then be reunited with her husbands in Florida. Arrangements have been trusted to Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 216 Washington Street, Port Clinton.
