Betty Anne Adams-Pioterek

Betty Anne Adams-Pioterek, age 81, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2025, at Orchard Villa with her loving granddaughter, Misty, by her side. Betty was born on May 7, 1943, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was adopted by Charles F. Woehr Jr. and Meta M. Woehr (Hartmann). She attended Cheltenham High School and studied at Pierce Junior College. She worked numerous office jobs.

Betty loved camping at Bluegrass Campgrounds for 40+ years. She loved to sew, play bingo, euchre, and other card games. But most of all, she loved being with her friends and family.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Charles F. Woehr Jr. and Meta M. Moehr (Hartmann), former late husband, Thomas Adams, and late husband, Lawrence Pioterek Sr.

She is survived by her daughter, Christine Rhodes; 3 grandchildren, Misty (Ernie), Connie (Timm), and Sara; 6 great-grandchildren, Makaila (Jake), Jordan, Avalynn, Keanah, Akilees, and Everett; and 2 great-great-grandsons, Colton and Waylon.
