Beth Ann Butwin

Beth Ann Butwin, 33, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 11, 2012. She was born on May 19, 1979 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Frank J. and Shirley A. (Williams) Butwin. Beth was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Perrysburg, Ohio and a longtime resident of the Werner group home in Portage, Ohio. Beth is survived by her loving parents, Frank and Shirley, of Perrysburg; brother, Benjamin J. Butwin of Perrysburg; grandmother, Betty Butwin, of Terre Haute, Indiana; eight uncles and three aunts, as well as numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank E. Butwin, Roy and Mary Williams and an uncle, Dan Butwin. Friends will be received from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 in the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio, (419-874-3133), where a scripture service will be held at 7 PM Wednesday evening. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E. Front St., Perrysburg, Ohio at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow at St. Rose Catholic Cemetery.
