Benjamin Miley

MILEY Benjamin Benjamin Miley, age 87 of Sylvania, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2010 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Ben was born January 12, 1923 in Tiffin, OH to Charles and Hazel Miley. An Army veteran of WWII, Ben worked in the parts department for various Ford dealerships until retiring in 1988 from Kistler Ford. He was a very active member of Cathedral of Praise Church and loved spending time with his family. Ben was preceded in death by his wife, Rita and son, Thomas. He is survived by his children, Mike Bette of Sylvania, LuAnn Ken Edwards of Albuquerque, NM, and Cindy Tom Greaney of Rossford, OH; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4:00pm and 6-8:00pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. West of Corey Rd. where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00am. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
