Benjamin Langenderfer

Benjamin Joseph Langenderfer, age 43, passed away due to injuries sustained from a single vehicle accident, on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. Ben was a 1997 Sylvania Southview High School graduate and had recently started employment in transportation sales. Ben was a loving father, son, brother, and friend to all. In his spare time, he enjoyed dirt bike riding, playing golf, RC racing, and was a big fan of the Michigan Wolverines and Philadelphia Eagles. He cherished the most spending time with his family, especially his son, Cameren. Ben never met a stranger, and even though they drifted apart, he still held them in his heart. He will be deeply missed by those who loved him dearly

Benjamin Joseph Langenderfer was born in Sylvania, OH. on March 12, 1979, to Greg and Margie (Hallett) Langenderfer.

He is survived by his Son, Cameren J. Langenderfer; parents, Greg and Margie Langenderfer; sister, Cari Langenderfer (Alicia Keene); grandmothers, Beverly Langenderfer and Ruth Hallett; aunts and uncles, Pam Bettinger (Frank), Scott Langenderfer (Laura), Dave Hallett (Ellen) and Rich Hallett (Sherri), along with many cousins. Ben is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Herman J. Langenderfer and D. Dale Hallett.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 19, 2022, from 3:00-7:00pm, at the Walker Funeral Home, W. Sylvania Avenue. A funeral service will follow, beginning at 7:00pm.

In leu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Cameren Langenderfer College Fund made out to Margie & Greg Langenderfer. Walker Funeral Homes have been entrusted with making arrangements.
