Benito "Benny" Diaz

Benito "Benny" Diaz 93 of Toledo, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Wednesday September 24, 2025.

Benny was born July 23, 1932 in Robstown, Texas. Benny was the youngest of seven siblings. Two sisters and five brothers. In life Benny relocated with his late wife Virginia to Toledo. Where he presumed his career of 31years at GM Powertrain. He enjoyed traveling, especially on the weekends he would enjoy his occasionally trip to Detroit for a little piece of home. A well known and loving member 20+ years of the Eastern Community YMCA. Benny enjoyed a simple conversation with anyone. Smiled and greeted others in the lobby at his favorite table, drinking his coffee. The Eastern YMCA will always hold a special place in our hearts in memory of him.

Gravesite services Monday September 29, 2025 at Highland Memory Gardens at 12pm. Following by luncheon at the Cinco De Mayo Rossford at 2pm.
