Belva C. Frankowski

Belva C. Frankowski, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2017, at the age of 97 in the Parkcliffe Community. She was formally a resident at West Park Place. Belva was the daughter of Urban and Cora (Huss) Reinhart. Belva was a long time member of Blessed Sacrament Church, and a current member of St. Joseph Church in Sylvania. She volunteered for special activities at Blessed Sacrament, Franciscan Care Center and Rosary Care Center. Belva is survived by her son James, his wife Susan, grandsons Richard and John Wilkes, and nephew John (Belinda) Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Sylvester (Bud) Frankowski, and her sister Marjorie Moore. Visitation will be at Walker Funeral Home 5155 Sylvania Ave (west of Corey Rd) on Thursday the 16th from 5-7 PM with a scripture service at 7:00 PM. Funeral services will begin with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church 5373 Main St. Sylvania, OH at 10:0 AM on Friday the 17th. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. The family wishes to express their appreciation to ProMedica Hospice, Parkcliffe Community, West Park Place, and Senior Care Management. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Belva’s name to the Alzheimer Association of NW Ohio, or ProMedica Hospice.
