Beatrice Ann Gleason

Beatrice Ann Gleason age 96, of Toledo, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. She was born in Toledo on May 30, 1925, to Clarence R. and Eva L. (Reynolds) Edelman. Beatrice was a graduate of St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing and was once employed at St. Vincent Hospital before raising her family. Surviving are her children, Larry (Linda) Gleason, Nancy Hunt, Diane (Joseph) Dallacqua and Virginia Gleason; grandchildren, Marie (Brian) Staker, Rich Hunt Jr., Kellen Hunt, Rachel Hunt, Gina (Ryan) Copenhaver, Joseph (Ashley) Dallacqua; several great-grandchildren and sister, Rose Edelman. In addition to her parents, Beatrice was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene; son, Martin; brother, Bruce and sisters, Eva and Coral. A Funeral Mass to celebrate Beatrice’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church 104 W. Broadway St., Maumee. The Rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM.
