Barry W. Payne

Barry W. Payne, 67, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, June 01, 2016 at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. Barry was born on November 17, 1948, in Olean, NY, the son of Harold and Thelma (Bond) Payne. On July 08, 1978 in Medina, Oh, he married Cynthia Tuttle and she survives. Barry was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy from 1968 to 1972. He loved music, auctions, farm auctions, Ebay and NASCAR. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Those left to cherish his memory are: Loving Wife of 37 years: Cindy Payne; Loving Father of: Adam & Chrissy (Shane); Grandfather of: Ella Brother of: Dana (Eileen) Greg; Brother-in-Law of: Tina (Mike) & Sandy (Jack) and Dear Uncle and Friend to many. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, June 04, 2016 at the V.F.W. Homer D. Gardner Post #2480, 214 Madison St., Port Clinton, OH 43452. Interment will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, June 16, 2016, in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, with military honors, 10175 Rawiga Rd, Rittman, Ohio 44270.
