Barbara Kay Stivenson November 14, 1953 - December 31, 2020 It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara “Gretchie” Kay Stivenson announces her passing at the age of age 67 on December 31, 2020. Barbara will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Raymond, daughter, Sarah Nelson (Michael) and three grandchildren, who made up the entirety of her world, Emily (age 11), Bradyn (9), and Theodore (1). Barbara was born to the late Orson and Jane Norton, November, 14 1953 in Toledo, Ohio. She was a graduate of Bowsher High School. In her free time Barbara enjoyed playing the guitar, collecting rare coins, and caring for her pets. Most of all she loved attending her grandchildren’s sports and theatrical events. Barbara is also survived by her brothers, Thomas and Joseph Norton (Teresa), and several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Funeral and burial will be private, a Celebration of Life will be scheduled as Covid limitations relent. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a GoFundMe for family expenses.
