Barbara A. Pepper

Barbara A. Pepper aka Rusty joined the angels unexpectedly on Saturday November 16th, 2024. Born second of twins on October 20th, 1974, to Bruce & Beverly Pepper (Ott) at Centenary Hospital in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. Graduating in 1993 at Southview High School where she enjoyed taking horticulture. In her spare time Barbara enjoyed doing community activities working on her mental health with friends at the Thompson Warrant Center as well as spending time with her grandbabies. She was a kind and caring person and would do whatever she could to help someone in need. Barbara spent a majority of her life working as a childcare provider. She loved to provide a safe environment for all her children whether blood or not.

Barbara is survived by her children, Rachel Pyle, and Joshua Byram. Stepchildren, Kenneth Jr. (Carol) Blake. Grandchildren, Mayson, Layla, and Payton DeCair. Her mother, Beverly D. Pepper. Her twin brother, Rob, her brother, Chris, along with her sister, Mandy and her siblings in Canada, Marjorie, Laura, Ashley, and Matthew. Nephews Patrick and Carter.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Pepper, fiancé, Kenneth Blake Sr., and Daughter in Law, Heather DeCair.

Family and friends are invited to visit in the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. Toledo, OH Tuesday, November 26th from 11am-7:00pm. A private celebration of life will commence at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to assist Barbaras grandchildren as they deal with grief.
