Barbara Ann Maben

Barbara Ann (Spangler) Maben, 76, of Perrysburg, Ohio died Wednesday, October 5, 2016. She was born in Sylvania, Ohio on January 15, 1940 to Fred and Elizabeth (Toth) Spangler. She married her sweetheart, Cleo Maben on December 18, 1965 and together they raised their family until his passing in 1999. Barbara loved playing the guitar, painting and she enjoyed fishing. She will be greatly missed by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Barbara is survived by her sons, Charles and Mike Maben and Joe Prater; grandchildren, Matthew and Jennifer Prater; sister, Betty Veith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Maben; son, Dan Prater; brothers, Joe, Fritz, and Steve Spangler. Friends will be received at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary St., Perrysburg, OH. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at New Belleville Ridge Cemetery.
