Barbara J. Smith, 59, of Toledo, Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016. She was born on March 4, 1957 to Robert and Marjorie Mangus. Barb was preceded in death by her father. Left to cherish her memory is her mother; husband of 32 years, Raymond; daughter, Bobbie (Steven) and their children Shelby, Steven and Dylan; son, James and his children Brandon, Amanda, and Austin; sisters, Diane and Shirley; and many relatives and friends. Visitation will be at Hoeflinger- Bolander Funeral Home, 3500 Navarre Avenue, Oregon, Ohio on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 11 am until the start of Barb’s funeral service at 4 pm.
