Barbara L. Ebright

Barbara L. Ebright, 74, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2015 at Spring Meadows Nursing Home. Barb was born September 25, 1940 in Toledo, Ohio to Joseph and Mabel (Anning) Lehman. She was an administrator for Perrysburg City Schools for over 30 years and a member of the Martin Luther Church. Barb was an avid Detroit Tigers Fan and was very proud to tell everyone that she went to Perrysburg High School with Jim Leyland who coached the Tigers for several years. She also enjoyed watching the Detroit Lions, Ohio State Buckeyes and rarely missed a baseball game that her grandsons played in. Barb is survived by her children, Lori Thatcher and John Burdo, step-children, Bruce (Gina) Ebright, Kelly (Troy Sprague) Rosonowski, Linda Ebright and Michael Ebright, grandchildren, Ryan Burdo, Matthew Thatcher, Dave Burdo, Sara Burdo, Alexandria Rosonowski, Alyssa Ebright, Bryant Ebright, , three great-grandchildren, siblings, Ann (Verlyn) Clausen, Allan Lehman and Garry Lehman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Galen Ebright and son, David Burdo. Friends will be received July 15, 2015 from 2-3 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E. South Boundary Street, Perrysburg (419-874-3133), followed by a celebration of life service at 3 P.M. Burial will be private.
