Audrey Jean Pomeroy

Audrey Jean Pomeroy, age 90, of Maumee, Ohio passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2018. She was born to Carl and Ruth (Reynolds) Baker on January 6, 1928 in Nelsonville, Ohio. Audrey was a lifetime member of Southside Christian Church, and a member of New Hope Christian Church. She was an avid Ohio State Football fan. In her free time, she enjoyed yard work and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Gary (Diana) Pomeroy; daughter Karen (Tim) Pauken; grandchildren Brittany (Bill) Dressler, Amanda (Eric) Durrant, Courtney Pomeroy, Joel Pomeroy, Madison Takacs, Aaron (Diana) Takacs; great-grandchildren, Gavin and Elise Durrant, and Kate Dressler; and her two canine protectors, Zoe and Kody. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald; and brother, Elden. Friends and family will be received at the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, on Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 3:00-8:00 P.M. Funeral Service will be at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 A.M. with interment to follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made to Great Lakes Hospice or Toledo Area Humane Society.
