Audrey R. Kelly

Audrey Reva Kelly, age 83 of Toledo, Ohio died Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Perrysburg Care and Rehabilitaion Center. She was born June 6, 1928 in Speedwell, TN to William P. and Susan (Taylor) Thomas and she later married Edward Paul Kelly who preceded her in death on May 28, 1980. Audrey was employed by the Toledo Board of Education where she worked in the schools cafeteria for 25 years. She loved traveling, bowling in the Mom & Pop leagues, square dancing and simply tinkering around in the yard. Audrey will be missed by all those who knew and loved her. She is survived by her son, Edward ‘Gary” (Glenda Sue) Kelly; daughter, Sandra “Sandy” S. (Tom Irving) Kelly; grandchildren, Lynette (Tim) Nelson and Becky (Eric) Varner; great grandchildren, Grady and Emily Nelson as well as Madelyn and Brody Varner; sister, Alice Crawford; brother-in-law, Jack (Irene) Kelly as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, William and Susan; husband Edward P. Kelly and nine brothers and sisters. Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 10-11:00 am at Neville Funeral Home, Reynolds Corners Chapel, 5052 Dorr Street in Toledo (419-535-0951) where funeral services will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
