Audrey J. Conti

Audrey J. Conti, age 78, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2011 at her home in Sylvania. Audrey was born April 16, 1933 in Jamestown, New York to Frances and May Harding. She loved the outdoors, especially gardening and camping with her family and friends. Audreys other hobbies included ceramics, painting and antiquing. She will be remembered by those who knew her as a loving, caring and giving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Audrey is survived by her children, Diane Lovette, Darlene Watson, Daniel Dianna McCrory, Lori Mark Pierson, and Mary Jo Stephen Merfeld; 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and sister, Arlene Jackie Robert Vanderpool. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell S. Conti, Sr.; son, Russell S. Conti, Jr.; 4 brothers; 3 sisters; and parents. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5-8 PM at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.
