Arcen N. Young, 81, of Oak Harbor, OH passed away Sunday, November 11, 2007 at H. B. Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. Arcen was born on May 28, 1926 in McCarr, KY to Audie and Bertha Ratcliff Young. He married Ruby R. Estep and she preceded him in death on July 13, 1993. Arcen served in the U. S. Marine Corps during WWII as a dog handler. He worked as a mold press operator for Standard Products until his retirement. Arcen was a former member of the V.F.W. Homer D. Gardner Post #2480 and Moose Lodge #1610, both of Port Clinton, OH. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Arcen will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include: Son: Emmett
