Antonio Pesina

Antonio “Tony” Pesina, 70, of Toledo, Ohio passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025. He was born on May 10, 1955 in Toledo, Ohio, a son of the late, Gregorio and Margarita (Torres) Pesina.

Known for his infectious energy and his favorite saying, “Let’s Rock,” Tony lived life to the fullest, always ready with a smile, a helping hand, and a good story to share.

Tony worked for many years in factory production, where his dedication and work ethic earned him the respect of colleagues and friends alike. Outside of work, he was an avid Detroit Lions fan and a lifelong follower of Aerosmith. Whether he was playing Euchre or pool with family, or simply sharing laughter, he found joy in life's simple pleasures.

Above all, Tony was family-oriented and deeply loved by all who knew him. He was a dedicated father, grandfather, and sibling who never hesitated to lend his support. He was always there for his daughter, Elita, his grandchildren, and his extended family. His presence will be greatly missed, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Tony is survived by his daughter, Elita; grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and his brothers, Mike and Greg; sisters, Mary (Juan) Silva, Antonia (Patrick) Vrooman, Inez Pesina-Dunlap, Gladys Cruz, and Carmen (Denny) Moore. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gregorio and Margarita Pesina; his brother, Robert Pesina; his brother-in-law, Greg Cruz; his sister-in-law, Robin Pesina; and his nephews, Juan Silva Jr. and Gregory Pesina Jr.
