Anton Drahan

Anton “Anthony” Drahan passed away peacefully on October 31, 2024, at the age of 74. He was well loved by his family and will be missed by many. A very special thank you to all the staff who took care of Anthony and loved him at Arbors at Sylvania.

Born in Austria on September 20, 1950, to his parents, Jan and Stephanie (Maslak) Drahan, he moved to the United States as a small child.

He loved Taco Bell, M & M’s, Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups, and the bubbles in soda. He would move in his own way to any kind of music and enjoyed people watching. Anthony would watch the squirrels, cardinals and especially ducks! Playing Peek a Boo if he liked you, or fake coughing if he wanted you to move away from him, Anthony had his ways of telling you exactly what he thought. He was a great listener and enjoyed his hand massages.

All of the special memories will be held by his family including, his siblings, Mathew (Kathy), Edward, Katherine, Barbara, Stanley, Susan; nieces, Carrie (Ken), Stephanie, Marcie, Jennifer (Aaron), Josephine, Mackenzie, Jessica, Victoria (Casey); great nieces and nephews, Heavenly, Rebbica, Joseph, Camey, Neptune, Clary; and great-great niece, Isabella. He was preceded by his parents and brother, Joseph.

A celebration of life will be held at Arbors at Sylvania on 11/15/2024 at 2pm.
