Anthony Zajac

Anthony J. Zajac, 71, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 16, 1949 to Eveline (Kujawa) and Benny Zajac. Tony worked for Libbey Owens Ford. He loved spending time with his family. Tony was an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers and Notre Dame Football. Tony is survived by his daughter, Angela (Bryan); grandson, Nicholas; brother, Dennis; and a loving extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter; sister, Mary Kay; and brother, James. Friends will be received at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns, 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, Ohio on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 am with a mass at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Sujkowski Walker Funeral Home, Rossford (419-666-1566).
