Anthony W. Tony Tucker

Anthony W. “Tony” Tucker, 46 of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, following a courageous battle with cancer, Friday, March 04, 2016 at H.B. Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Tony was born on March 21, 1969 in Fremont, OH, the son of M. Jean (Zess) and Roger Tucker. He worked as a technician at the Walmart Auto Center, Port Clinton, OH. Tony was a supporter of the N.R.A. He loved classic cars, especially the Ford Mustang and Rock n Roll music, his favorite band was AC/DC. Tony loved riding his Harley with his friends. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and many friends. Those left to cherish his memory are: Mother: Jean Tucker; Sons: Anthony and Brandon Tucker; Sisters: Kathleen Geckeis and Mary Chaffin; Good Friend and Brother-In-Law: Fred Chaffin; Nephew: Brad Chaffin; Niece: Amy Chaffin: Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins and Good Friend and Father Figure: Bill Hall. Tony was preceded in death by his father, grandparents and brother: Doug Tucker. Visitation will be from 9:00AM to 11:00am, Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH, followed by a Memorial service at 11:00AM. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial donations in memory of Tony may be given to the Ottawa County Humane Society, 2424 E. Sand Rd, Port Clinton, OH 43452 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
