Annette M. Salay, 56, of Bowling Green, Ohio passed away on April 28, 2013 at the Wood Lane Residential Services, Dunn Home. She was born on July 24, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to John L. and Josephine A. (Protsik) Salay. She is survived by her brothers and sisters, John M. Salay, James E. (Margaret) Salay, Barbara A. (Thomas) Harbauer and Kathleen J. (Louis) Barhorst. She is preceded in death by her parents. Friends will be received on Friday, May 3, 2013 from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. in the St. Rose Catholic Church, 215 E. Front St., Perrysburg, Ohio, where a funeral mass will begin following the visitation at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at St. Rose Catholic Cemetery.
