Annamaree Samiec

Annamaree Samiec, age 86, formerly of Maumee, Ohio passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in the Homewood Residence at Richmond Heights. She was born May 25, 1924 in Toledo to Raymond and Annie Whitehead Jones. A member of First Presbyterian Church in Maumee, Annamaree was a loving and dedicated homemaker. She enjoyed bowling in a league at Timbers Bowling Lanes and was President of the Garden Club in the 1960s. The widow of Harry Samiec, Annamaree is survived by her sons, David and Craig Samiec; and sisters, Doris Gannon and Florence Shady Chapman. In addition to her parents and husband, Annamaree was preceded in death by her brothers, William and Ted Jones. Family and friends may visit Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home, 501 Conant Street, Maumee.
