Annamae Beatrice Keller

Annamae Beatrice (Bury) Keller, 91, of Perrysburg, passed away March 13, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Annamae was born February 13, 1925 to the late Edwin and Mabel (Coy) Bury of Curtice, Ohio. A graduate of Clay High School and Stautzenberger Business College, she worked for Pictin Cavanaugh Insurance before marrying Charles Richard Keller of Perrysburg in October of 1948. She was an active member of the Lutheran Church of the Master, where she taught Sunday School for many years. Yearly camping trips with family, gardening, and canning kept her busy. An excellent baker and quilter, she gave away a lot of these things to those around her. She was a very loving, caring person and will be deeply missed. Annamae is survived by children, Kathy Keller, of Perrysburg, Kim (James) Hurtig of Sherwood, Kevin Keller of Rossford, Karen Keller of Perrysburg; grandchildren, Kristy Keller, Kenneth Keller, Jr., Kevin Keller, Jr., Kurt (Corrine) Keller, Katlyn Keller, Kyle Keller, Kirsten Keller, Brian (Kim) Hurtig, Jeffery (Lauren) Hurtig, Chris (Vanessa) Hurtig, Brad Hurtig; thirteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Charles, she was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Margie (Conrad) Grimes; son, Kenneth (Vickie) Keller; and grandson, Kerry Keller. Friends will be received on Thursday, March 17, 2016 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 East South Boundary St. Perrysburg, OH 43551 (419-874-3133). Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 10:30 A.M. at the Lutheran Church of the Master, 28744 Simmons Rd. Perrysburg, OH 43551 with burial to follow at Willow Cemetery, Oregon, OH. Memorial donations in Annamae’s name can be made to the Lutheran Church of the Master.
