Annalynn Mathis, age 3, from Toledo Ohio passed away on Thursday September 2nd from a long hard fight with RSV/A.R.D.S. Annalynn was born on February 5th, 2018 to her loving parents Erica Mathis and Ronald VanHoose Jr. at St. Vincent's Hospital at 7:28pm. Annalynn was definitely a stop to smell the flowers type of kid and loved dandelion's that she’d pick and give to her mom and dad to show her love. She was so kindhearted even at the age of 3, and her hugs always would make you feel loved even on the worst of days. Annalynn loved playing outside, especially going to the playground racing to the slide. She loved coloring, learning her words, letters, animals and memorizing every song she loved; She's the family rockstar! You could always count on her to sing you a song and sometimes it even came with a dance! Annalynn also had a strong love for pizza if it had pepperoni and cheese she had to have it on her plate, she definitely was the pizza princess. Thursday is now and forever pizza day in the Mathis home to celebrate her life and love. Above all else she loved playing with her brother and sister, hanging out being silly and going on adventures with her TT or cuddled up with mommy and daddy and her best friend blankey, watching old school SpongeBob, Peppa Pig, or Bluey. Playing horsey and hide and seek laughing loudly and beautifully the entire time until she was found, were also a few favorites. She is and will always be a beacon of hope and happiness. She will be greatly missed by every heart she touched. From her beautiful curly hair, loving blue eyes and colorful painted toes, she was perfect to so many. Using the word greatly is an understatement on how much this beautiful babygirl's loving family and friends are going to miss her including her parents, Erica Mathis and Ronald VanHoose, Jr., brother, Castiel Mathis, step-sister, Jocelynn Dowden, grandparents, Tracey Paradyse, Tanya Smith, Megan (Luis) Mejia, Ronald VanHoose, Sr., and Robin Cisneros, aunts & uncles, Jessica Paradyse, Marisa Sturm, Arikah VanHoose, Jacob Paradyse, and Josiah Foster, as well as great grandparents, cousins, and extended family and friends.
