Annabelle Christine Faber

February 24, 2009 — April 3, 2009

Faber Annabelle Christine Annabelle C. Faber, 5 weeks old, passed away peacefully, at home, in the loving arms of her parents on Friday, April 3, 2009 Though Annabelles time on earth was limited, her impact was great. This impact was seen in the loving care that she received on a daily basis from her primary nurses Cindy, Kelley, Jeanine, Jody and friends Carol and Susie. Annabelle will be remembered for the fighting spirit she displayed from the first day of her life through her last. Our Princess Annabelle will be dearly missed, but we know she will live on in the hearts of all that she touched. She is survived by her parents, Lisa Hotchkiss and Mark; brother, Christian; grandparents, Allen and Norma Hotchkiss, Tony & Peggy Faber; Aunts, Tina Phil Fink, Nancy John Alderdice, Sharon Faber; Uncles Raymond Delores Moore; John Faber, Ted Donna Faber and many cousins There will be a memorial service at Epworth United Methodist Church on Tuesday April 7th at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Christian Allen Faber for his college scholarship fund in memory of his sister Annabelle or to the Special Olympics. For all of their loving care we would like to thank ALL the doctors and nurses at the Toledo Hospital NICU and Hospice of Northwest Ohio. We would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Kent Bishop, Dr. Howard Stein and Dr. Barb Chappell for their extended guidance and comfort through this difficult time. Condolences may be sent to the family by going to www.walkerfuneralhomes.com.
