ANNA L. ROWE Anna L. (Tiplady) Rowe, age 79, of Oregon, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013, in Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born on November 16, 1934, in Walbridge to John and Louise Tiplady. Anna was employed as a teacher for the Lucas County Board of Mental Retardation. She is survived by her loving children, Daryl Brundage and Julie (Gordon) Mossman; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and brother, Robert (Marnie) Tiplady. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Virgil; and sons, Dean and Dennis Brundage. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are being handled by Witzler-Shank Funeral Home 701 N.
