Anna Lillian Lindsey Anna was thoughtful, creative, loving, self-sacrificing, and industrious. Born on September 25, 1921 she departed on June 24, 2011. A 1940 graduate of Woodward, Anna had a passion for life that found expression through travel, work, church, sewing, trying new recipes, reading and family affairs. She embraced her various life roles with a grace and dignity rooted in God. In Christ alone my hope is found, He is my life, my strength, my song. From lifes first cry to final breath, Jesus commands my destiny. Preceding in death were spouse, Ralph Lindsey, son, Eric, grandson, Marcos, siblings, Sage and Alvira. Survivors include sister, Mary Jones, children, Marlene Lindsey, Michael Lindsey, Arleen Coronado David, Jeannette Siegel Gary, and Brian Lindsey Patricia; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 30 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the Walker Funeral Home, 5155 W. Sylvania Ave. west of Corey Rd. with a funeral service on Friday July 1 at 11:00am at the funeral home. Interment at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park. www.walkerfuneralhomes.com
