Anna L. Bowerman

Anna L. Bowerman, 80, of South Toledo, passed away Wednesday, December 03, 2008 in the University of Toledo Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born February 12, 1928 in Bridgeman, MI to Charles and Emma LaFayette Rutkowski. Anna was employed as a waitress for the former Frank Uncles Park Caf and as a Nurses Aide for the former Colonial Nursing Home for 8 years. She was a member of the Toledo Mudhens Booster Club and Waterville American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Anna is survived by her children, Wes Grimm, Kathy Ronald Heiney, Ben Shelby Cole Grimm, Sam Nadine Grimm, Buck Sabrina Grimm, Alice Grimm and Tina Grimm; 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Family and friends may visit Thursday from 3-8 p.m. in the Maison-Dardenne-Walker Funeral Home and Crematory, 501 Conant Street, Maumee, OH where funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor Tom Polker officiating. Interment will follow in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
