Ann Minwegen

Minwegen Ann Ann Minwegen 104 years old passed away at Swan Creek Retirement Village on January 19, 2008. Ann was born in Germany in 1903 before the Wright brothers flight. She came to America in 1929 by ship where she also met her future husband, Kurt. She spent much of her life in Ashtabula, OH before retiring to Florida. She lived the last 11 years in Toledo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kurt and by her daughter, Ann Lacksonen. Survivors include her son, James Minwegen Columbus; son-in-law, Jim Lacksonen Toledo; 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. A church memorial service will be planned for sometime this spring.
